No excuse, lets pick it up from where I left. Breasts…
I ended up buying myself an electric breast Twin pump, from Mother care. Best £100.00 investment ever.
My first try, hmm a bit embarrassing. We had my best friend from uni over, not a female. A male. Sitting with my partner in the living he could hear the pump.
It was obvious; its breathing sound could not be ignored. Seriously within 10 min of listening to its horrible sound I had expressed 50 ml. WOW, OH MY GOSH.
I’m telling the truth. After another 10 min I was up in 100ml.
My Philips Avent manual expresser needs to be ashamed!
So its packed away and never again will I use it. The Avent used to make me furious, sitting for hours like I haven’t got anything better to do. Hour after hour, and most of the time no result.
I was clueless about breastfeeding, pumps, bras and so on. I took the easy way out and let the time and me work it all out slowly. I admit I spent unnecessary amount of money on the wrong things.
To my defence I say I never had a baby before. No one bothered to tell about these things either.
So again this is why I am bloging, baby feet moments hoping who ever reads, get some useful knowledge and help.
Lansinoh is the one to get! Not good looking Philips Avent.
Lansinoh has got the right slogan…
DEDICATED TO BREASTFEEDING MOTHERS
It's actually nice that there are people who understands the hassle of this subject and produce good wonders. I personaly do not think that they are male inventors behind all these wonders. Oh part from Philips Avent. That could easily been a male design.
Loads and loads Apploudes to Lansinoh.
In matter of fact, all their products are good. Yes, they do that breast wonder cream when babies are nipple feeding.
